Post-Fair Paris 2026 - Solo presentation by Andreas Amble

Arthur Coquelin is pleased to announce its participation in Post-Fair Paris with a solo presentation of new works by Andreas Amble.

Andreas Amble (b. 1983, Dombås, Norway) lives and works in Oslo, Norway.

Amble moves restlessly at the crossroads of nature and society, narration and power. A metamorphosis of creation and meaning itself. Working through shapes and shifts, an ambivalence is at play, questioning one's orientation towards a reality where perspective does not quite stay in place. A dimensional twist occurs, where figures and symbols alter, a process of transformations; the two-dimensional breaking out, the three-dimensional becoming flat.
Amble's practice in connecting classical landscapes and narrative paintings into a very distinctive body of works makes it all the more appealing.

Recent exhibitions include Arthur Coquelin, Paris (2026); Laden, Berlin (2026); Centralbanken, Oslo (2025); Alta Art Space, Malmö (2023); Heerz Tooya, Veliko Tarnovo (2023); Studio 17, Stavanger (2023); Landings, Vestfossen (2022); Nassauischer Kunstverein Wiesbaden, Wiesbaden (2021).

Amble holds a BFA and MFA from Malmö Art Academy - Konsthögskolan i Malmö, Malmö (2017, 2019) and attended Städelschule Frankfurt am Main, Class of Haegue Yang (2018).
